I have endured much trauma and loss throughout my life. I was in a codependent narcissistic abusive relationship/marriage for 23 years. I completely lost myself in all ways possible. Then I went through a dark night of the soul it was exhausting and brutal.

It has taken me the last 6 years to find & renovate myself spirituality, mentally, emotionally, physically inside and out. Realizing going through this process that I was a codependent people pleaser my whole life.

It was a super lonely & intense process to go through. The struggles that I endured at times I wasn’t sure if I would make it out of the dark into the light. All these lessons I have learned has brought me to an amazing journey that I do not regret. I’m still alive, still standing, pushing myself each and every day one step at a time. I have never been this fulfilled and happy in my entire life. I choose to be vulnerable and share my story with others because my prayers are that you can connect with my story in any way that resonates. I know that this too is possible for yourself and it would be a privelage and warm my heart to be a part of your New Beginning!
